He doesn't ever delete his exclusive pictures, so you can still get it. He even uploaded them all to MEGA recently, he posted a link in the last week or so. If you give him $5, you can download everything you want, and then just cancel your subscription so it doesn't automatically renew.

And it's a New Years based one too! For those not familiar to Japanese culture at all (not that I'm an expert, never been to the place), in Japan it's traditional on New Year to offer a coin toss donation to Shrines for good luck over the next year. That said, a 10000 Yen bill. like the one Reimu has forcefully taken off her involuntary chair, would usually be seen as a somewhat excessive donation.
