The translation for the paid part basically is a continuation from this one:

Yeah, so basically, this part is her starting her introduction and she finishes off her introduction with a big bang(fart). There's a subtle undertone of her getting ready to fart with the twitching anus, the raised tail of a skunk girl, and her sentence that leads to the part stated above.
