I realize this was posted years ago, but does anyone know the name of the game this card belongs to, or what the effect is?

This card is from the card game "Miracle of the zone". The card roughly translates to "poots of Venus" it's the sister card to "burps of Flygon". This card function like a continuous spell card from Yu-Gi-Oh. It's effect is basically if you play the "ホー" monster you get an additional 100 points. And if your opponents plays one they lose 100 point. It should be noted that the "ホー" monster is that little pink fart cloud of hers. http://blog.livedoor.jp/moz_list/archives/17600900.html

It's Nothing, it just so happens that I used to play Miracle of the zone when I younger and recognized the card. By the way you can play Miracle of the zone if you really want to.It out for the gameboy color. I think gbc roms are fairly easy to find.
