Not bad, but you could use some work.
I can't give a whole lot of advice, since I'm not an artist, but one of the big things (for me, at least):
Don't use fill. The little pixels that run along the outlines are noticeable.
If you're using something like Photoshop to draw, you could try putting different areas on different layers, but you'd need to look at a guide or ask others for help with that.
Although this advice may be a bit redundant since I didn't notice any of those "outline pixels" on your Lilim drawing.
