I feel a little bad commissioning it because he spent a few days working on it. I didn't mean to make him work so hard.

Don't feel guilty, the Japanese worth ethic is infamous for a reason. Is the skunk outfit a reference to something or just general cosplay?

He's actually Chinese as far as I know, but culturally they're similar in work ethics.

This is probably the most beautiful and detailed Touhou piece on the whole booru so far. Might we get to know more on what you actually commissioned, and what elements (such as the costume) 13o added? I would really like to hear the story behind the scenario.
