I intentionally avoided adding any unnecessary context to my commission, because I think viewer perception is important to good fart art. I think how long the smell lasts should depend on how you, personally, want to view the skunk girl and the cat girl. For example, if you think of the skunk girl as a dominatrix humiliating her sub, then you might prefer to imagine that the smell will wash off in the bath. Someone who views the skunk girl as a righteous crusader of justice punishing the cat girl for her misdeeds against skunkkind would prefer to imagine the smell as unwashable, and long-lasting. While I personally view it a certain way, I don't think my view as the commissioner should be seen as "more correct" than anyone else's.
