This manga is absolutely insane... to give you all some context, the protagonist's Mom( the woman in her old high school outfit),Aunt, and cousin. All finds out that the protag's friend might have a 12 inch long dong and are fighting for a chance to see it.
The Protag's cousin tries to call said friend.The Protag's Mom finds out and precedes to knock her out with a giant fart (that apparently sounded like the deathrattle of a dying Indian elephant) and wakes everyone in the house.
And in the end the protagonist has to try and stop his Aunt and his MoM from raping the guy at knife point.

Damn, but still, that's really impressive to be able to KO someone with a single fart and it being loud enough to sound like an elephant and wake everyone up in the house.

She's probably super thirsty for dick because she probably didn't get much action in her younger years due to farts driving 95% of the boys away. Her husband must be an eproctophile. XD
