What exactly is the story here ?
And what revaenge does she want ?

Alice,the blonde one in the previous image, had Patchouli (the purple haired one) fart in her mouth. Alice then proceeded to french kiss Koakuma (Red hair)with the gas in her mouth, tricking her into swallowing farts even though she hates it.
In the sequel (this image), Koakuma wants revenge, so she requests Sakuya (the maid who's neutral in all of this)to fart in her mouth, despite obviously hating it, so that she can go up to Alice and trick her into swallowing Sakuya's fart through a kiss. However, the big boss of the mansion (Remilia) approaches her while she has the fart in her mouth and questions her, probably asking what she's doing. Koakuma decides to swallow Sakuya's fart rather than tell Remilia what she's doing, ironically having to swallow a second persons fart while she was seeking revenge for the first one.
A lot of 13o's images are of Patchouli and Alice abusing Koakuma with farts, so it's pretty natural she wants revenge.
