I love this artist's work. He's gotten attention from many notorious japanese artists, so I'm looking forward for more.

Shinzanmono is the one who inspired me to learn how to translate in the first place; I was dying to know what his characters were saying, and to date he's the artist I translate most.

Tsuchiro was also a recent but huge inspiration. Thanks to translating Moeka's pictures my speed has increased a lot, and it made me discover more tools. I'm really looking forward to translating more of his work once I get the chance.

Yes, I wouldn't be able to translate without it. I noticed that your translations of Shinzanmono's work yielded very similar results, so I'm guessing you use it as well.

It's moreso a matter of familiarity than use. I'm familiar with most of the major mainstream machine translators, so it's not difficult to tell when they've been used, for the most part.
DeepL is particularly easy to spot because it has the most distinct "voice", which can sometimes work to its detriment. As far as using it goes, I'd recommend using it sparingly as a reference (I'll elaborate in a sec).
For example, I don't use DeepL to translate. I wouldn't recommend it either, despite being pretty much the best one around. It's still a machine translator, and part of what makes it so advanced is that it can somewhat recognize what it can't parse and work around it. When it comes to larger compound sentences and such, it'll often omit things for the sake of trying to be coherent. This is another tell, as the things it leaves out and gets hung up on tend to be consistent.
For more basic stuff like this, it will mostly work just fine. There's a bit of room for polish, but the meaning is largely the same. When more colloquial speech gets involved, or the amount of text increases (the Moeka translation had some issues with it), it runs into problems.
For this reason, I'd recommend it as an English reference, and not as a translation device. When I do use it, I use it to check different potential ways of phrasing a sentence after I've already translated it myself.
Every now and then it'll have something good that can be improved upon with better word choice, formatting, etc. Other times it can just serve as a nifty source of ideas. This is how I'd recommend using it instead.
Obviously, much easier said than done. Learning another language (especially going from a low-context one to a high-context one like Japanese) can be really difficult.
That's why when I see newer translators popping up, I try not to be critical. Can't really complain about machine translations when it's all you've got available, right? Hell, it's what I relied on too when I started.
But it's important to make sure you get them done right, because translations don't usually get do-overs in a lot of cases. It also tends to worry foreign artists if they're misunderstood.
When I saw that you've been translating a lot more recently (many of which I had already done on my own time but hadn't been able to release yet), it kinda reminded me of how I started out.
At first, I didn't really get any feedback outside of "thanks for the translation", so over time I had to figure out a number of kinks in how to improve.
If you'd be willing, I'd like to help you patch up your mistakes and hopefully give some advice on how to move away from machine translation, if you're serious about learning the language more.
It's always nice to see more enthusiastic people trying to share the appeal of the artists I enjoy, they deserve the effort. Hopefully I can help ensure it's the best for everyone involved, too.

Translation activity as a whole seems to have jumped up a bit over here (DeepL especially got people active even off-site), so I wanted to share my thoughts.
In any case, love the site, but the text format is as painful on the eyes as always.

I guess that makes sense; I notice how certain words get omitted if you input the characters one by one at certain points, but I couldn't do much more than try to figure out things according to context (I know copying and pasting is just no good, given how the entire sentence can change just by adding a specific type of period). I was a little skeptical about my own abilities at translating large text, but I didn't see anybody else up to the task.

I'd be very grateful if you gave me assistance at correcting the translations and learning more, as you've said.
