I'm author the Manga, the second arc of past episode. It is read from top right to bottom, and then left column.
This girl is anthropomorphic Water Magic called "Mizuni". The boyish language lady was embarrassed by the man, so she comes to revenge.
Look at the first panel, he says that Mizuni's fart is makes him exciting with strange laugh voice. Behind him, Mizuni appears suddenly and says "Hey you". At the second panel, she grunts "How dare did you frig with my embarassment..." In next panel, He says "No,no. Please cool your jets", but Mizuni bawls to cut it and do a facesit. Saying him leaden makes her so angry at the fourth panel.
Next column, Mizuni forces for him to sniff her fart directly, but he refuses her request as he is not masochist. Mizuni shuts it. And then, she explains about how intence of her farts in the 6th and 7th panels. First, a fart with sweet potatoes (this is a popular food in Japan to accelerate farting) doesn't smell bad (She has broken a huge fart in a past episode). Second, Mizuni says to have eaten a lot of grilled meats with many garlics. And then, Mizuni has been constipation since 10 days. Even her sweet potato fart is huge and so stink enough for human being to faint out, let alone this situation. He groans in horror in 7th and 8th panels. At the 8th panel, Mizuni turns red and says "Ack... run...", and then, releases the big fart with dirty explosion in next panel!
In the 10th and 11th panels, the man explains about her fart lengthily. Let me translate these sentences. "She breaks a fart like an atomic bomb with moderate embarrasment. In that split second, my thought circuits almost flies away from my brain. I expected that her fart is also a fart, to start with, her hips are odor-free... However, these suppositions are too shallow. This smell is like rotten eggs, meats, gurlic, pit toilet, peces pool, or sniffing hydrosulfuric directly... No, it is like nothing else. The fart must be the worst on the earth. Oh, I'm dying away with hellish anguish... No, I might go to hell rather than sniff the stench. Mizuni turns red and give a sigh... I have a feeling so, but I can't see whether..."

But then, at the 13th and 14th panels, Mizuni also breathes her gas, and lets out a strange noise with pinching her noze. On the 15th panel, Mizuni says that she unexpected how incredible her fart is, so she thinks to overkills though she is angry. Finally, her butt moves away from him face and says "Oh my god, he faints. Meh, hahaha..."
