愛情=Affection
込めて=Charge (energy)
熟成させた=Made X ripen.
So the whole sentence structure is
Enough of X to fill you up.
There are only two objects here. Affection and Onara. The sentence structure makes me think onara.
Made Miku's onara ripen.
That's easy: The love charging made them ripen.
So instead of asking about the lovely smell of the farts it is instead asking about the farts made ripened by love.
