Copied translation from Post 13730, except bubble 2 which was done wrong.

いっぱい愛情込めて熟成させたミクのオナラ

いっぱい=Enough to fill something

愛情=Affection

込めて=Charge (energy)

熟成させた=Made X ripen.

So the whole sentence structure is

Enough of X to fill you up.

There are only two objects here. Affection and Onara. The sentence structure makes me think onara.

Made Miku's onara ripen.

That's easy: The love charging made them ripen.

So instead of asking about the lovely smell of the farts it is instead asking about the farts made ripened by love.
