Everything in my search pointed to a dead pixiv link. SauceNao identifies the artist as: http://www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=27925
I had put in the title with this image for what it's worth.

I'll take the left nut and $10 please.
I've wanted to see this comic translated for a looong time and decided to try my hand at doing it.
"おしいくぞ!" came out as "I will push and go!" in ATLAS.
"律子の おごり!" came out as "Ritsuko's treating!". I was going to make it "Ritsuko's treating us too!" but it just didn't sound natural to me. Since "おごり" means "to give a treat", I changed it to flow better and make more sense given the situation and the characters' reactions.
Also changed the fart noises from things such as "Pu", "Pufu", "Bofu", and "Pusu" to western onomatopoeia.
